The name itself is enough to give you hint about what is this place about; ofcourse, it is a Dosa place.
D RAJNIKHANT DOSA is a very new outlet which opened in the food court of Lake Mall, their dosas are huge hit in Mumbai already and here also they are trying to make mark of their own with all kinds of fusion dosas. One will get everything in vegetarian varieties here, they also have option of pure Jain food.
Now, coming to the unique varieties of dosas we had here:
CHEESE BURST DOSA: Cheese lovers, this is definitely for you all, below in the pictures one can see the amount of cheese they had put into it. Cheese burst in true sense, it was filled with mayonnaise and cheese and topped with shredded cheese. It was accompanied with three types of chutneys i.e. the usual coconut chutney, garlic chutney and spicy chutney (green).
People with average appetite can easily share this plate because the cheese already makes one feel as full. This is definitely a must try from this place.
OPEN DOSA: This was the first time I tried Open Dosa, crunchy paper dosa topped with generous amount of cheese and veggies, this was also accompanied with their signature three types of chutneys. One bite and you can feel the crunchiness and all the toppings melting in mouth. This was something unique and I enjoyed it in every bites.
CHOCOLATE DOSA: Dosa and chocolate, heavenly combination indeed. I tried chocolate dosa before also, but this was way better than what I tried. The crunchiness of paper dosa was intact in the outer part whereas the inside was full with melted dark chocolate, drizzled with liquid chocolate above and some chocolate chips too, interestingly this dosa was accompanied with melted chocolate.
Do remember that while digging into this chocolaty affair, hands are definitely going to be messy.
D RAJNIKHANT DOSA stands out to be my next favourite in the list dosa places. Their service was really good, they will make sure that you know what you are ordering.
