Nastos is a small joint for quick bites and also really good for delivery purpose. Located in the heart of Hazra crossing, just behind Ashutosh College, this place serves extremely delicious dishes which comes in very pocket friendly prices.
The quality of the food keeping the price average was really good, quantity wise also it was satisfying. South Kolkatans can easily drop down here for a filling meal without making a hole in the pocket and people who can get home delivery, they are lucky as well.
We tried an array of dishes here, each and every dish were delicious enough to win our hearts.
MOCKTAILS:
Tried their Orange Bomb and Kick in Kiwi mocktails, both of them were refreshing enough; the flavors were prominent in both the mocktails.
DRAGON CHICKEN : Chicken boneless chunks done nicely in sauces which were spicy, this was perfect as an appetizer. The chicken chunks were real soft and juicy, the flavors were perfect for spicy lovers like me.
SCHEZWAN CHILLI FISH: This dish was also a winner dish for me, boneless chunks of fish made neatly in schezwan sauce and hint of chilli accompanied with veggies.
MIXED FRIED RICE: Fried rice mixed with shrimps, chicken, veggies and egg; for main course this was pretty good. Mixed fried rice goes well with any sides, here we opted for Chicken in Black Pepper Sauce which was suggested by them. The chicken was a gravy item and tasted moderately good, chicken chunks were succulent enough. The combo was good enough for my taste palates.
Overall, Nastos is a good place for easy to go on pockets; they also have combos which are economical enough. This place will flourish sure for the student crowd they are going to attract. I am also going to visit soon again.
